Tami Coyne
Tami Coyne has been aptly described as a “diva without attitude.”
Her current project, You Can’t Keep a Good Wo/man Down, is part autobiography and part revival meeting. A collaboration with HMS: Family Band, it explores the many trials and tribulations she has experienced since her last show, It’s Time for Love in June 2019.
This show explores the ramifications of Covid, the death of her mother, breast cancer, and knee replacement all within the backdrop of a world that appears to be imploding. Sound depressing? Hell no! Come ready to release the angst and embrace hope, resilience and love.
When: June 29 and 30, 2024 at 7:30pm
Where: The Renee Weiler Concert Hall, Greenwich House Music School, 46 Barrow Street, NYC
Tickets: $25 in advance. 6/29, 6/30
A powerful storyteller and singer, Tami is very comfortable in the murky emotional waters of all genres of music. She is also an interfaith minister, writer and energy healer. Check out her website at www.TamiCoyne.com.
